Support for Problems With Registering/Signing Up

We apologize if you are having trouble registering or signing up for MahJonggMentor.com. We hope these images and explanations will help.

Step 1.  Fill in the Registration Form. Click Submit and you should then receive a page that confirms your registration and asks you to Proceed to PayPal.

Step 2. Proceed to PayPal in order to process your payment.   At the bottom of the PayPal box on the right you can pay with your credit card. You do not need a PayPal account.

When you have clicked on that this page opens up for you to enter your credit card information.

The next screen allows you to review your information.

The final screen thanks you and you have the option to create a PayPal account BUT you do NOT have to do that. You can click on the link that returns you to MahJonggMentor.com .

Step 3. Return to MahJonggMentor.com. You may be brought back to a User Profile page like this so simply use the menu to go to any page you would like.

Instructions to pay for membership if you have a username and password

Sign in on Home Page

Then

Click on Members Only section for a link to pay for membership

Instructions on Changing Your Password

You can always change your password to whatever you want at any time.

To do that: Place your cursor over your name in the upper right corner of our homepage. It will say Howdy and your Username.  You will get a drop down menu.

Select Edit My Profile and then Change Password.  A new page or a box will open and you will see a button that says generate password. Click on that.

The system is designed to give you a very strong  password (we are not the only ones who use this application) but you need to highlight the letters and numbers they give you and then delete that and type in your own choice.  You may have to confirm a weak password (It will accept a weak one) and then save. Your password is now changed
