I was asked this week, how do you switch around so amply from one hand to the next while you play and why? So in an upcoming video I will share some of those strategies for each section. But for now, here’s a couple of quick tips: During the Charleston – I not only consider what I am passing but, of course, just as important is what am I getting passed? Sometimes it’s obvious, if someone just passed me a 2Krak; 4Dot; and an 8Bam, Then chances are high they are NOT doing “evens” – 2,4,6,8, right?
Other Section switching or switching within a section is also much much easier if you know your card as quickly as possible. For example, the Odds and 3,6,9 Section can be interchangeable for awhile, because 3s and 9s are odds too! Quints can be a bailout too (if the jokers are in your favor). If I am considering the 2,4,6,8s and have no jokers yet, or only one, I’ll also consider the singles and pairs of FF224688/224688 of two suits.
